Sign up today! Classes are filling up fast. We only take 25 guests per class. You must register and pay prior to coming to the class to make sure that enough food will be prepared for everyone.
 
All Classes Held in the Hasty-Bake Outdoor Pavilion @ 1313 South Lewis in Tulsa
 
PLEASE NOTE: Classes must be paid in advance because supplies are purchased for the exact amount of students signed up on the day of the class. You must cancel 24 hours prior to the class starting to receive a refund. Any cancellation less than 24 hours to the class start time will forfeit the money paid for the class.
 
 
 
Hasty-Bake 101 Cooking Class (Charcoal Grill)
 
Adam Myers will instruct the class on grill care, starting a charcoal fire, food preparation, grill preparation, direct heat grilling, and indirect heat grilling. This class is designed for new Hasty-Bake owners and anyone who wishes to brush up on their outdoor grilling techniques. Basic grill care will be emphasized, as well as the trend away from petroleum products and popular grilling myths.

Gas Grill 101 Cooking Class
Adam Myers will instruct a class on grill care, starting a gas grill, food preparation, grill preparation, direct heat grilling, indirect heat grilling, and rotisserie cooking. This class is designed for new gas grill owners and anyone who wishes to brush up on their outdoor grilling techniques. Basic grill care will be emphasized in coordination with popular grilling techniques.

BBQ 101 - Basic Smoke
Adam Myers will instruct a class on preparation, seasoning preferences, timelines for smoking different cuts of meat, temperature control over your smoker, and key internal temperatures.

BBQ 102 - Advanced Smoking Techniques
Adam Myers will instruct a class over smoking vegetables, bread, nuts, and using injection and brines to improve the flavor of the food.

From Sea, To Sear!
Adam Myers will instruct a class over smoking salmon, grilling shrimp, scallops, lobster, and fish.
