1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup white wine, 1/2 cup soy sauce ,1-2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger, 1 tablespoon dry mustard, 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 5 cloves garlic-crushed, 1/2 cup chopped green onions, 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, 4 chicken breasts-bone-in
Combine all ingredients for the marinade. Place chicken in large ziploc bag and add the marinade. Marinate for at least 4-8 hours or overnight if possible. Grill chicken (bone side down) over medium hot coals (250 degrees). Baste frequently. Breasts will take 45-55 minutes to cook.
