Jimbo Thighs

8 Chicken Thighs Marinade: 3 heaping Tbs of frozen OJ concentrate, Juice of one orange, 1 Tb of orange zest, Juice of one lime, 1/4 vegetable oil, 1 Cup rough chopped cilantro, 1 Tb of dried oregano, 1 Tb of crushed red pepper flakes, Salt/Pepper - 1/2 ts each Mix marinade and combine with chicken thighs in a gallon ziploc bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Set grill up for indirect cooking at 450 degrees. Place thighs on grill and cook over indirect heat for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. After 20 minutes of grilling, baste each thigh with 1 TB of leftover marinade. Skin will turn mahogany/crispy when thighs are done.
