Bacon Wrapped Shrimpers

12 Large Shrimp, 1/2 Lb Bacon (Hickory Smoked), Salt & Pepper (S&P), Smoked Paprika, Skewers, Maple extract for finishing Light the HastyBake for a 300ish temp fire. Clean and devein the shrimp. Soak the shrimp in ice water, until very chilled. Season with S&P and Smoked Paprika. Wrap half a piece of bacon around the shrimp and put on the skewer. Place shrimp on the grill and smoke (apple or sassafras wood) at a low temp for approximately 15 minutes over indirect heat. Finish cooking/browning the bacon/shrimp over direct heat till bacon is done. Dibble with Maple extract prior to serving.
