Snappy Fiesta

1 lb. fresh red snapper, 2 avocados, 3 TBSP olive oil, 1 mango, 3 roma tomatoes, 1 small white onion, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. cumin, 3 tsp. lemon juice Filet fish lengthwise and baste fish with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and cumin. Place in fish grilling basket. Slice mango into 1/2 inch slices. Grill fish about 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Sprinkle with 2 tsp lemon juice before taking off grill. Grill mango slices until slightly seared, about 2 minutes. Dice grilled mango into bite sized pieces. Dice tomatoes, avocados, onion. Mix mango, tomatoes, avocados, onion with 1 tsp lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve grilled mango-avocado salsa over grilled snapper.
