Bacon Wrapped Shrimpers

12 Large Shrimp, 1/2 Lb Bacon (Hickory Smoked), Salt & Pepper (S&P), Smoked Paprika, Skewers, Maple extract for finishing Light the HastyBake for a 300ish temp fire. Clean and devein the shrimp. Soak the shrimp in ice water, until very chilled. Season with S&P and Smoked Paprika. Wrap half a piece of bacon around the shrimp and put on the skewer. Place shrimp on the grill and smoke (apple or sassafras wood) at a low temp for approximately 15 minutes over indirect heat. 2 tablespoons oil, 2 jalapenos-cut into rings, 1 tablespoon garlic-minced, 1/2 cup white wine, 3 tablespoons whole-grain mustard, 1 cup apricot preserves, cedar planks (soaked in water for an hour), Four 6 oz. salmon fillets, 2 teaspoons sea salt, 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper In a small saute pan over medium heat, heat oil.
