Roughneck Lower Cooking Rack Kit
Upgrade your Roughneck barrel smoker with a lower cooking rack kit. Mounted 6.5" lower than the standard cooking rack, this secondary grate kit effectively doubles your cooking space (from 400sq inches to 800sq inches), allowing you to fit more meat on your smoker or utilize a water or catch pan.
This kit includes 4 mounting rails, all necessary hardware and 2 stainless steel, laser-cut cooking grates. No drilling required.

Not ever having my own smoker, I think I bought a good one! My initial thoughts while assembling it, wow, not one thing is plastic or cheap! All high grade metal and well thought out. They did make one mistake on the order in sending the wrong grate brackets for the extra grille grates. A simple email, and I had them sent to my door in Washington State in a few days. I really like the ability to add charcoal with ease. Believe me forks, this smoker is a tank. Getting the wheel kit is a must. Hats off to Hasty Bake, for making a smoker that will more than likely out live me!
