Roughneck Lower Cooking Rack Kit
Upgrade your Roughneck barrel smoker with a lower cooking rack kit. Mounted 6.5" lower than the standard cooking rack, this secondary grate kit effectively doubles your cooking space (from 400sq inches to 800sq inches), allowing you to fit more meat on your smoker or utilize a water or catch pan.
This kit includes 4 mounting rails, all necessary hardware and 2 stainless steel, laser-cut cooking grates. No drilling required.
*Due to the strict packaging requirements for the roughneck smoker, all accessories will ship separately and applicable shipping will be charged at checkout.
Great add for more cook area and works nice to hold a drip pan. Very nicely made and heavy duty.
Comes in real handy when smoking multiple items. Lets me spread things out as well.
I will use rough neck barrel smoker in my next competition
Do not even bother with any other barrel smoker. This thing is a beast and worth every penny
I bought the Roughneck smoker. Have done babyback ribs and pork loin with great results. Assembled easily, took me an hour. Plenty of hardware, no tricks needed, directions make sense. Holds temperatures as advertised and expected. Great design, well thought out.
I thought I was getting the cast iron grates but got the stainless steel. Darn, oh well. They have SHARP edges, have two gashes in my fingers to prove it. So wear gloves when handling them.
