Really like the Kosmos Q Cow Cover. It runs a close second to my favorite Kosmos product which is the Dirty Bird Rub. Neither of these is a real "hot" rub in terms of spices. Kosmos does offer the rubs in hot style. I am not a huge fan of overly spicy BBQ. The Hasty Bake Rub is excellent also especially for brisket.
