All Hasty Bake grill covers are custom-made of WeatherMax 80 or Sunbrella materials, which are American-made, 8oz marine-grade fabric (or better) with extreme water resistance and breathability. Each cover is designed to fit your particular Hasty Bake model. Because WeatherMax 80 and Sunbrella fabrics are designed to be breathable to prevent mold, mildew, and rust, they are water-repellent but not completely waterproof. To keep your grill free of moisture, we recommend installing covers before inclement weather and removing them once it has cleared.
*Before installing your cover, the front work table MUST be removed and placed inside the grill (or folded down if you have the front fold-down shelf (sold separately)). Covers are designed to fit snugly to avoid flapping in the wind which causes rips and tears.
