Your Hasty Bake Grill must be registered within 60 days of purchase. If you have not registered your grill, please click here.
As with any grill, we recommend a burn-in and seasoning process of spraying your grill down with high temp cooking oil and then heating a +/- 350 degree fire in it for several hours. This will cause the steel to patina and reduce the reflectivity, ensuring a smoother temperature experience. The more you cook the easier it will be to control. Powder-Coated Finish Models: (Legacy 131 and Suburban 414)
- 1 year warranty on finish
- 5 year warranty on parts and workmanship
Dual-Finish Models: (Gourmet 256 and Continental 83)
- 1 year warranty on finish
- 5 year warranty on parts and workmanship
- 10 year warranty on stainless steel components
Full Stainless Steel Models: (Legacy 132, 357 PRO, Suburban 415, Gourmet 257, Continental 84, Fiesta 270, Hastings 290, Portable 369, 380 Ranger, and HB250)
- 10 year warranty on parts and workmanship

Customer must retain proof of purchase for warranty claims. Hasty Bake reserves the right to troubleshoot, repair or replace defective grills at the manufacturer's discretion. Hasty Bake will make best effort to return repaired grills within 2 weeks of receiving. Any repaired or replaced grill will have its warranty extended 90 days beyond the purchase date of the original grill.
