Your Hasty Bake Grill must be registered within 60 days of purchase. If you have not registered your grill, please click here.

As with any grill, we recommend a burn-in and seasoning process of spraying your grill down with high temp cooking oil and then heating a +/- 350 degree fire in it for several hours. This will cause the steel to patina and reduce the reflectivity, ensuring a smoother temperature experience. The more you cook the easier it will be to control. The limited warranty terms listed below apply to your current Hasty Bake model. The limited warranty is not transferrable. 

Powder-Coated Finish Models: (Legacy 131 and Suburban 414)

  • 1-year warranty on manufacturer's defects on finish
  • 5-year warranty on manufacturer's defects on parts and workmanship*

Dual-Finish Models: (Gourmet 256/258 and Continental 83)

  • 1-year warranty on manufacturer's defects on finish
  • 5-year warranty on manufacturer's defects on parts and workmanship*
  • 10-year warranty on manufacturer's defects on stainless steel components*

Full Stainless Steel Models: (Legacy 132, 357 PRO, Suburban 415, Gourmet 257/259, Continental 84, Fiesta 270, Hastings 290, Portable 369, 380 Ranger, and HB250)

  • 10-year warranty on manufacturer's defects on parts and workmanship*

 

Roughneck Barrel Smoker:

  • 1-year warranty on manufacturer's defects on finish
  • 3-year warranty on manufacturer's defects on parts and workmanship*

*Consumable Grill Parts:  Ash pans, firegrates, grease drain rods and heat shields are warrantied against manufacturer's defects only. As these parts are subjected to the full intensity of charcoal fire, however, normal wear and tear (slight warpage, discoloration, etc), due to usage, that does not affect the usability of the grill, is not covered under the limited warranty.

Hasty Bake Produced Accessories: All accessories produced by Hasty Bake (grill extenders, pepper racks, steak weights, griddles, scrapers, etc) are warrantied against manufacturer's defects for a period of 1 year. Warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive force, heat, or improper use or maintenance.

 

Hasty Bake Produced Doors and Drawers: All doors and drawers produced by Hasty Bake are warrantied against manufacturer's defects for a period of 3 years. Warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive force, heat, or improper use or maintenance.

 

International Warranty Limitations: Hasty Bake only ships within the continental United States. Grills or accessories purchased and/or shipped by third-parties, or carried outside of the United States, will have their warranty limited to parts-only coverage with the buyer paying all shipping costs associated with the international warranty claim.

Voided Warranty: The limited warranty is voided, regardless of purchase date, if any product has been determined by the manufacturer to be used in a way other than as directed, so as to cause damage to the unit. This includes improper fire management practices resulting in grease fires, powder-coat or finish damage, thermometer damage, warpage, or other damage from excessive heat. Improper care of the unit, such as exposure to elements without cover or protection, resulting in premature finish degradation will void the finish coverage portion of the warranty. Excessive weight in the firebox due to overloading, or adding material other than charcoal or small wood chunks resulting in damage to the lift mechanism will void the parts coverage of the warranty. 

 

Customer must retain proof of purchase for warranty claims. Hasty Bake reserves the right to troubleshoot, repair or replace defective grills, affected components or accessories at the manufacturer's discretion. Multiple repairs or replacements of the same component are subject to review by Hasty Bake and may result in further limitations of this warranty. Hasty Bake will make best effort to return repaired grills or components within 2 weeks of receiving. Any repaired or replaced grill or component will have its warranty extended 90 days beyond the original purchase date.
