Return / Refund / Exchange Policy
- All returns require proof of purchase.
- Returns are valid up to 30 days after the purchase date of the item.
- Returned items cannot be opened or used and must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Returned items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, depending on the returned condition.
- Returns from online orders will be refunded with the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- All claims of shipping damage must be made to the manufacturer within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for return or replacement.
- Cost of shipping for returns in cases of buyer's remorse or incorrect product purchase is the responsibility of the buyer. Hasty Bake will provide return shipping labels in the case of damaged goods that have had a shipping claim made with the carrier or if a product has a manufacturer's defect (see warranty details).
- Scratch and Dent Sale grills are purchased as is and guaranteed to function correctly. Scratch and Dent Sale grills may only be returned if a manufacturers defect is found or if there is damage in shipping and a claim has been filed with the carrier.
Please examine all purchases immediately upon delivery. If shipping damage is present, please take pictures, refuse package and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
