I have not yet used the large grill grates. The shape and fit are as advertised. The material appears to be anodized aluminum. I expected stainless steel. Please confirm is these are anodized aluminum or stainless. Weight sure seems like aluminum. If aluminum, are there any health hazards when the anodized surface is exposed to grill temperatures?
Even cooking and beautiful grill marks. The Hasty was a gift for my husband and he’s loving it. He’s very glad I got the grillgrates to go with it.
