Details and Restrictions: 

Grills are purchased on a first-come, first-served basis. Cosmetic dings and scratches, which are hardly noticeable in most cases, will not affect how the machine operates. All grills themselves are guaranteed to function as normal and carry the applicable warranty.

Accessories included or offered with the scratch and dent grill (side tables, front tables, rib racks, etc.) may also be scratch and dent models. While these accessories are included as a convenience to the purchaser, we cannot guarantee their appearance or performance will be on par with non-factory second units.   

Grills purchased on site can be taken home at the time of purchase or held for a later pickup, no more than 4 business days after the sale. Local delivery (max of 30 miles from Hasty Bake) will be available for $50.

All applicable state and local sales taxes apply to all purchases, in-store and online.

Grills will not be held without being paid in full and can be stored for no more than 7 days.

Multiple grills may be purchased by one customer.  

All grills, regardless of model, will ship with nickel-plated cooking grates.

Other small variations may be possible, but will not impact the performance or warranty of the grill.

Grills purchased online will ship within 14 business days of the sale. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. 

Buyer's Remorse Return Policy:

Returned scratch and dent grills will automatically be accessed a 20% restocking fee and return shipping (and liability) is the responsibility of the buyer. Please immediately examine your grill upon delivery and, if shipping damage is present, refuse the package and contact us within 24hrs.

If shipping damage occurs during the return of a buyer's remorse grill, repair fees, in addition to the restocking fee, will be deducted from the buyer's refund.
