Dear Tim, From our first meeting when we described what we wanted to construct and you sent us the first drawings to the completed project we find that words cannot adequately describe our satisfaction with the pergola and outdoor kitchen that was constructed for us. We appreciated the continual feedback and prompt follow-up on any issue or changes that we wanted to be made during the construction of the project. Expert advice was given concerning the design and implementation of the changes that we made. It’s hard to believe that such a small crew consisting of Mark McClung, (which I would consider a master craftsman and perfectionist), and his helpers were able to construct the pergola that is attached to our home. We appreciate the professionalism and expertise used to complete the project. Mark, his small crew, and I know you, wanted the job to be as perfect as possible. (The completed project really looks great!) Your construction crew was very hard working, professional, outstanding craftsmen, and conscientious in the performance of their duties. We were amazed and pleased that the job site was kept as clean as it was each evening before they closed for the day. Attention was paid to every detail from the hiding of the electrical lines in channels so they would not be seen to the tuck pointing of the gaps between the brick and granite. Excellent craftsmanship can be seen by looking at the structure and noticing that there are birdhouses to close the gaps above he beams attached to the house to the pitch of the roof to give the appearance that the pergola was not an add on feature. You have to see the completed job to believe it. We are proud of the addition. The subcontractors, Bomonite Concrete, Hoffman Fixtures, and Hummingbird Electric each had a great attitude and were willing to make sure that the job was well done. They all met or exceeded our expectations. We observed that everyone had a "can do” attitude as well as showing that "Customer Delight” was a top priority. We appreciate the attention to detail of the design of the pergola and outdoor kitchen. The design and convenience of the Hasty-Bake Fiesta grill and accessories look great. The paper towel holder, built-in slide out trash cans with the waste chute, 3 pullout drawers, and the single access storage door are all conveniently located for efficient use. I’m looking forward to many hours grilling on the Hasty-Bake Fiesta grill. We are very pleased and are proud to say that the project was built by Hasty-Bake.
