Featuring precision intake and exhaust vents, a two-position firebox (7" or 4.5" from the cooking grate), and a slide-in heat deflector, the HB250 allows you to sear on one side while baking your steak to perfection on the other. A built-in carry handle and latch make transport easy and secure, while the removable firebox and ash pan allow for quick cleanout so you can dump coals and be back on the road in minutes.

The HB250 comes equipped with high-quality cooking grates and an elevated extender that lifts food off the grates, creating up to a 150-degree temperature difference between cooking levels. Weighing just 30 lbs., the HB250 combines portability, performance, and the signature Hasty Bake flavor serious grillers expect.
