While everyone who cooks on a Hasty Bake Charcoal Grill in any competition format is considered part of Team Hasty Bake, our elite Pro Staff team is comprised of great competitors who embody a passion for barbecue and grilling, have engaging, helpful personalities, hold notable accomplishments in the cooking space, and carry themselves in a manner worthy of representing a national brand. Our Pro Staff represents us across the country, proclaiming the quality of our products and recruiting fellow cooks to join the Hasty Bake ranks. In return, we support our Pro Staff in their endeavors with product, swag, accessories, internal prizes, team gatherings, and brand recognition across all our platforms.
