Step up from the standard-issue Hasty Bake heat deflector with this newly released Pro model that is 35% longer. This allows you to add more coal for longer burns and smoke over a larger area without risk of fire burning the meat above it.

An easy-to-use access door with lift handle allows you to manage your fire or add fuel or wood with ease, and an elongated tail keeps the heat and air moving forward, rather than seeping out of the back. It also ensures that air is entering your firebox from underneath, slowing your burn times and recovering heat much quicker when you open your door. All together, you have a deflector that helps your fire burn longer, more efficiently, and with much more control. Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, this deflector may be the last one you ever need.
