Only one cook so far. Best packaging I’ve seen in a long time. This unit is a tank. I’ll will this to one of Grandkids most likely. Thank you Hasty Bake for making an extremely quality product.
These rigs are built to perform and last! I am really looking forward to learning how to manage the fire/temp as well as the incredible versatility a HB offers!
American ingenuity, American made, one bad ass grill
Grill comes pre-assembled. Solid packaging. Grilled my first boneless ribeye steak - quick seer followed by slow cooking by lowering charcoal bed. Came out awesome! Retains heat well. Easy cleanup. Very impressed so far.
Brand new to the HB. The Gourmet is my first so I'm still learning & figuring things out - not rocket science - just need time. However, loving it so far. Here a video of my 2nd Cook - wonderful Pork Chops. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EojmktoMu5I
Done 6 cooks to date and used it on Christmas day to make 2 ham - halves - still need to learn how to control the temperature - but again that will come with time and experience. As is, however, everything we cooked on it as been GREAT and really enjoying the flexibility and space. Very well made and Made in USA!
