Description
The Legacy 133 is the original Hasty-Bake design reimagined in Corten weathering steel, a rugged material that develops a rich, natural patina over time, creating a one-of-a-kind look that gets more beautiful with every cook. Same legendary grill, now with character that's entirely your own. Sear steaks, slow-smoke a holiday ham, or grill for a crowd, all on one American-made cooker built to last a lifetime.
WHY PITMASTERS CHOOSE THE LEGACY 131
Smoke, Bake, & Sear in One
The Legacy 133's adjustable firebox height lets you dial in heat for direct grilling or low-and-slow smoking without swapping equipment — ham, steak, chicken, fish, or even desserts, all perfectly done on one grill.
523 Sq In of Cooking Space
The 27¾" x 18¾" nickel-plated cooking surface gives you room to feed the whole family or entertain a crowd without crowding the grill.
A Patina That Gets Better With Age
Corten weathering steel develops a natural oxide layer that protects the steel from further corrosion, giving your Legacy 133 a rich, rustic finish that evolves with every season. No two grills age exactly the same.
Built to Last — 5-Year Warranty
18-gauge Corten weathering steel hood and base, galvannealed steel firebox and ash pan, and stainless steel front work table. Backed by a 5-year parts & workmanship warranty.

Let's Flip The Script On Charcoal Grills
I was disappointed when I received my hasty bake grill because it looked like it had some rust on it and was scratched. Also, there were no instructions on how to put it together. That’s why I gave it two stars. I do love the way it operates. I think I’m really gonna enjoy it overall.
Thank you for your feedback and for choosing the Legacy 133. We're glad to hear you're enjoying the way the grill operates.
The Legacy 133 is constructed from Corten steel, which is intentionally designed to develop a natural rust-colored patina over time. Because of this, some surface oxidation and minor handling marks may already be visible when the grill arrives. This protective patina is a defining characteristic of Corten steel and is what gives the Legacy series its distinctive appearance and long-term weather resistance.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the assembly instructions. We understand that clearer guidance can make the setup process easier, and we'll review how we present assembly information to improve the experience for future customers.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we're excited for you to continue cooking on your Legacy 133 for many years to come.
This BBQ is the best in the market … it eill do anything
I wish I had found this sooner. I also just purchased the smoker. This is an amazing charcoal grill.
The Hasty Bake Legacy 133 has to be the best grill I've ever owned. The craftsmanship is second to none, and it's obvious that every part was built with quality in mind.
Assembly was a breeze since there was very little to put together. It's refreshing to buy something that is machined and fitted correctly right out of the box.
After completing the initial burn-in, I started cooking and was impressed by how easy it was to dial in and maintain the exact temperature I needed for smoking. The temperature control is outstanding.
When it comes to grilling, the adjustable charcoal bed is a game changer. It makes searing steaks and baking incredibly easy. In fact, it produced some of the best chicken thighs I've made in a long time.
If you're looking for a versatile grill that can smoke, grill, bake, and sear with ease, the Legacy 133 is hard to beat.
I received my corten steel cooker and was a little confused at first since it almost looked like stainless and then realized it’s a process that takes time for it to change the outward appearance of the metal, no worries. It’s a solid little bugger, good welds, workmanship. They’ve obviously refined this unit and thought of everything one needs to run it over the years. I cooked burgers one day and smoked ribs and a spatchcocked chicken the next and the flavor was awesome and the smoke time was a little less than expected using the snake that I purchased. I’m just getting started with this unit and a lot of learning yet to do as with all new smokers and grills but it’s gonna be a lot of fun finding different ways and things to cook and I’m glad I finally took the leap to acquire my “dream” machine!
