Legacy 131/132 Grill Cover
This is a quality grill cover that fits like a glove. That’s the problem it was a little demanding to get on the legacy. However the design seams make it easy to line and center the HB logo. It works well with the first rain repelling the water.
It has a good thickness with the HB logo. The proof of the pudding will it retain
its nice black color or will it fade in the future. Too early to give it 5 stars.
Having fun!
The cover fits nicely and provides an additional layer of support from the elements under the covered patio where the grill rests between cooks.
I was disappointed when I opened my cover and saw that it was almost as flimsy as the one I had picked up on Amazon. For the price point, I was expecting a bit of insulation which would enable me to recover the grill while it was still warm. Nope. Just plastic which will melt. So, I'm still spending more time waiting for the grill to cool at night so I can cover it up and go to bed.
Hi Jason, thanks for your feedback. Our covers are not made of 'plastic' but of Weathermax80, an American-made, 8oz marine-grade fabric with extreme water resistance that is also breathable. The best way to protect your grill is to leave it uncovered in good weather to allow moisture to evaporate and only cover the grill when the weather looks foul. After it passes, we encourage you to uncover it again to allow any residual moisture to evaporate. Covers that are 100% waterproof capture humidity from the ground and don't allow it to escape, resulting in rust.
As for your concern with covering your grill when it's warm, very few covers on the market will allow this, as it's dangerous and will greatly diminish the life of the cover. We clearly do not advertise that our covers can do this. We also provide the material information on the details of our product page. We're sorry that this cover did not meet your expectations.
Fits good and snug. However it is too thin. Even with small rain, water will seep through and puddle on top of the hood.

Covers that are 100% waterproof capture humidity from the ground and don't allow it to escape, resulting in rust. It's always best to only cover in inclement weather. We appreciate your business.
