NOLA Jack Yes, I spelled it that way, and I’m not afraid. I first tried the gel a few years back and have stuck with it ever since. It’s so easy to just squirt a few strands onto some shavings or just by itself under the coals in exactly the right spot for my needs. Whether it’s a chimney full, or some ridiculously strategic coal snake I’ve crafted, it works great every time. I just bought a four pack, because…I’m hooked.
