RoadBuilder Oiled the inside of the 357 Pro to do an initial burn-in to clean/season the grill. Cooked some chicken to learn about temperature control. Then, after a couple of minor adjustments to the hood, set the grill up for low and slow and smoked some ribs. Temperature held steady at 225F for 4 hours, never varying more than 15 degrees up or down from target temperature. There was plenty of charcoal left at the end of the cook. Also, the outside temperature was 17F, so the 357 Pro is very efficient for a metal grill. I am very pleased with the initial results.

max shreffler The grill is built like a tank and holds temps well. You can close all the vents and extinguish the charcoal for use later. I highly recommend the 357 PRO! Hasty Bake customer service has also been top notch.
