Used the grill for the 3rd time yesterday to cook some tri tip steaks- used a charcoal chimney to light my coals-steaks turned out amazing.
Excellent grill
Great!
I’ve been hearing about it for years from a good friend who owns one finally indulged and I couldn’t be more pleased with the straight forward but incredibly versatile design and overall functionality as a grill, wood oven or smoker with a thousand variations in between, and we’re just getting started.
My mother bought her first Hasty Bake 55 years ago. We used it weekly the entire time. Never an issue and no rust. We did spray it black twice over the years with high temp spray paint. Looked good as new. We finally decided 2 years ago it was time for a new one. Really no reason other than to just have a new one. She passed away last Christmas and I inherited the charcoaler. Can’t tell you how happy I am about that. I’m
Looking forward to cooking on it for the next 50 years and leaving it to my nephew when I’m done. They’re not just charcoalers, they’re family heirlooms right along with the china and silver. Thank you for many special meals.
