Hasty Bake Stainless Griddle | Fits Fiesta/Hastings/Legacy/Gourmet

I purchased my HastyBake May 1 to replace my aging Weber Performer kettle, and it's as practical as I hoped. I went with Hasty Bake to improve my performance on delivering longer cooks, easier to refuel when doing so, and using the snake method. Since I consider it an heirloom, I got the gridle, the rotisserie, and the charcoal divider for long cooks. So far, I am impressed with its use for grilling and smoking, great craftsmanship - made in America.

The griddle was awesome very well-made heats up very well. I’ve cooked bacon, cheesesteaks, sausage, burgers, and hotdog on that flat top griddle.

This grill has exceeded expectations. It holds temperature well, cleans up easily, and looks great. This will be the last grill I will need to buy.

Great little griddle

Oiled the inside of the 357 Pro to do an initial burn-in to clean/season the grill. Cooked some chicken to learn about temperature control. Then, after a couple of minor adjustments to the hood, set the grill up for low and slow and smoked some ribs. Temperature held steady at 225F for 4 hours, never varying more than 10 degrees up or down from target temperature. There was plenty of charcoal left at the end of the cook. Also, the outside temperature was 17F, so the 357 Pro is very efficient for a metal grill. I am very pleased with the initial results.
