Joseph Ilmberger The packaging could have used a little more help. During the shipping of the box, some of the internal parts bounced around and left some dents in the lid and side walls of the 250. perhaps some more paper or even some foam would have protected it better.

James Hernandez Due to weather in the DFW Metroplex, I have only had an opportunity to cook on it twice and both times the food turned out great. First cook, I removed the deflector plate and cooked skirt steak for fajitas and the second was cooking a couple of ribeye steaks. I need to order a steak grate brush to better clean the channels of the grate. Thanks for building a quality product. I would like to see a thermometer on the top of the hood. I've seen mods on YouTube, but I think I will try to use an infared or anchored probe to monitor the temperature on the grill.

Scott Branch I’ve used it about 10 time so far and I like it a lot. It’s just me and the wife so the size is perfect for the back porch and the RV. It’s like packing another toolbox when we go camping.
